All youth must be up to date with dues before August 1 to continue participating in Delco Revolution MTB & Delco RPM programming.
Anyone who has graduated high school no longer needs to pay dues to participate but needs to be current on USACycling Safe Sport and/or NICA Coach Certification depending on the program/s planning to participate with.
